The Central Alberta Safety Week BBQ & Trade Show celebrates Safety & Health Week by providing a free BBQ and safety trade show to students & staff at the Red Deer Polytechnic, plus management, supervisors and workers in construction, manufacturing, education and oil and gas industries. This private event is hosted by local safety not-for-profit organizations along with their volunteers and normally attracts up to 650 people. We are looking for volunteers to help out with setup, cooking, serving food, and clean up. Different shifts are available from 9 am to 4 pm. This is a fun event and a great opportunity to volunteer some time and network with fellow safety professionals all the while promoting safety in our communities.
